Returns Policy

1. Introduction

We aim to provide excellent quality products delivered to you in high quality packaging. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item, please follow our Returns Policy below:

2. Returns Conditions (Unwanted/Wrong Product)

You should notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product

All products must be returned to us

2.1 Within 30 working days

2.2 In pristine "as new" condition

2.3 Complete with all components

2.4 Unused and Uninstalled

2.5 In the original undamaged packaging

2.5 At your expense

3. Refund Policy

3.1 We are happy to refund the cost of your order provided you notify us within 7 seven days of delivery of the product(s) and the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition as specified in our Returns Conditions. Please note that we will thoroughly examine all goods returned to us, and reserve the right to refuse a refund.

3.2 Any refunds due to damaged or faulty goods or where Sta-Lok Terminals sent the wrong goods will include original delivery charges. This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Unless otherwise stated we will also arrange and pay for the return carriage of the goods which we have agreed to replace or refund.

3.3 We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

3.4 We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

3.5 Please note that normal processing times apply for all replacement orders.

3.6 This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty or not as described.

4. Unwanted Goods including Wrong Goods ordered by mistake

4.1 If you have changed your mind or no longer require the goods you ordered, you must return the goods together with the invoice to us within 30 days of delivery.

4.2 Provided the returned goods meet our Returns Conditions we will refund the full price of all items we receive, however we reserve the right to make a re-stocking charge of 25% of invoiced amount for the returned goods. Original delivery costs of the goods and return carriage costs will not be refunded.

4.3 In all cases you must notify us of your intention to return your order beforehand so we can anticipate delivery. Returned goods will not be accepted unless previously agreed.

5. Damaged or Faulty Goods or Wrong Goods sent by Sta-Lok Terminals Ltd

5.1 If the goods you have received are wrong, damaged or faulty please contact a member of our Sales team immediately to discuss a replacement or refund.

5.2 Products must be returned within 30 days.

5.3 Where it is obvious that goods have been damaged in transit, we can only accept claims that have been declared to us within 5 days of delivery. Please assist by writing on the POD (Proof Of Delivery) that the goods received are damaged and by contacting us about the damage as soon as possible.

5.4 Please note that we will inspect all returned goods to confirm any faults.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Goods

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom manufactured items.

7. Returns Procedure

7.1 Please contact a member of our Sales team to let us know you wish to return an item(s)

7.2 Please pack goods safely along with the invoice and reason for return and send to:

7.3 For your own protection, we strongly advise that items are returned via a secure method of delivery that requires signature upon receipt, as we cannot assume responsibility for non-delivery of returned goods.
