STA-LOK rods can be used in a variety of structural and decorative applications. Typical uses include glass curtain wall supports, fabric canopy support and tension systems, roof tie rod and trusses, bridge suspensions, structural bracing, balustrades, awning and fixture hangers and trellis.
Manufactured from the highest specification materials, STA-LOK offers a comprehensive range of standard and high capacity stainless steel rods and fittings. The Standard Capacity Rod System has been developed to meet most strength requirements and is manufactured from 316 stainless steel. Fittings are available in either a satin or a polished finish and can be purchased individually or as part of a complete made to measure assembly. End fittings are generally available from stock. Rods are manufactured to order.
Understanding the need for higher strength systems, STA-LOK has also developed a high capacity range of products for special applications requiring a higher load capacity, lighter weight, or a lower profile system. Manufactured from high tensile stainless steel alloys, these high capacity rods, connectors and forks are customer designed and tailored to meet the client’s individual requirements.
